ENARIS will be visiting Medica in Dusseldorf next week - where among other things we’ll be looking for potential distributors for our medical/lab products.
Mark Lingard, Marketing Manager, said: “Medica’s a great show, with so many companies in the same place at the same time, so it is great opportunity. For any potential overseas distributors this could be a good opportunity to meet.
Enaris – the new name for Sirane’s medical division – has been created to service medical, laboratory, dental, care-home, emergency and veterinary sectors.
And Enaris Lab’s compliant product range offers the full secondary packaging solution for anyone looking to safely transport diagnostic specimens – so the laboratory and diagnostics halls at Medica could be of real interest.
But we’d also be interested to talk to people selling into hospitals/health services – as we have products for operating theatre/scrubs area/maternity use.
Jeremy Haydn-Davies, Enaris MD, said: “The Enaris Lab range includes 95 kPa bags, specimen bags, multi-bay absorbent pouches, and a range of absorbent pads – everything you need to ensure full compliance for your specimen transportation.
“With 95 kPa bags available in A4, A5 and A6, and pouches available in anything from single bay to six-bay, it doesn’t matter what combination you’re after.
“This a just part of the Enaris Lab range… we also offer absorbent tray-liners, advanced spillage protection in a range of formats including sheets, rolls and with the option to fix in place, and a range of nylon autoclave bags.”
Other products manufactured by Enaris include anti-slip disposable absorbent floor mats used in NHS operating theatres, scrubs areas and maternity – anywhere that fluid is a safety hazard - absorbent tourniquet drapes and spill pads.
Jeremy Haydn-Davies added: “Enaris recently secured a framework agreement for supply of the anti-slip disposable absorbent floor mats into the NHS – and this is an excellent product that could offer distributors real potential.”
Enaris has drawn on Sirane’s expertise in areas including absorbency and material science – as well as from listening to the needs of the market – to create a portfolio of products, many of which are available to buy online from www.enaris.co.uk
Jeremy Haydn-Davies, Enaris MD, said: “Enaris has been able to take Sirane’s existing expertise and used it to create an exciting new company focused on providing a service to new sectors where there is a gap in the market.
“Enaris is also a development company, and from day one we’ve been happy to talk to customers about developing new products using our knowledge and expertise, and we’re also be able to offer many products in bespoke versions.
“Medica’s also an opportunity to discuss any development projects you may have.”
The company is adding an additional facility in Telford next year, allowing Enaris to have separate manufacturing and independent office space.
